How to Get a Golden Visa Through Real Estate Investment

You may be eligible for a 5-year Golden Visa (renewable) if you own property or properties valued at AED 2 million or more — without needing a sponsor.

Valuation Certificate

Real Estate Valuation Certificate issued by the Real Estate Registration Department (addressed to Ras Al Khaimah Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security – ICP).

Property Value Certificate

Letter from Developer confirming the value of your off-plan property.

SPA

Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) signed and stamped by the developer for off-plan units.
